Chase Bank at 1790 Northeast Miami Gardens Drive, North Miami Beach, Florida.

So I am really trying to wrap my head around this one!!!! The bank itself would have a better rating if it wasn't for the experience today......matter of fact God bless my husband's kind heart! Me on the other hand feel quite offended!!!!! While standing in line, my husband who is black has asked a lady that worked there (a white women like myself) how long is the wait. She said 30 minutes....he asked her if she needs his name to put on a waiting list...her response was no as she wrote down on her piece of paper "black guy"
Are you freaking kitting me????!!!!!!!!!!!! That "black guy" happens to be my husband!!!!!!! What kind of world do we live in??!! Speaking of professionalism!!!!! I have not yet approached the lady to confront her ...she was an older white lady with blond hair, blue sweater and black pants.... I have never went out my way to write any kind of review!!!! Frankly people make mistakes and have their days, BUT this is outright unacceptable!!!!!
